Your Yarn My Hook (YYMH)

Purchasing a your yarn my hook custom slot from me will secure you a place on my customs list for the number of items in the listing. Once I receive your wool, your name will be placed at the bottom of the customs list. If the slot you purchased is for a specific month please be sure that your wool arrives to me at the beginning of the month. If it arrives in the last half of the month your item may not be ready till the following month.

Your deposit is non refundable so please check my customs list before purchasing a slot to be sure you are aware of the possible wait time.

Once I start your item it will take a maximum of 3 weeks to complete (including lanolizing and blocking). After completion I will post a picture in the Gallery and will send an invoice for the remaining balance due including shipping. Final payment is due within 5 business days of the date the invoice was sent. If paypal payment or contact about an alternate payment source is not received in those five business days, the item will go up for sale on my site. If you still want the item after that point you may purchase it at the listed price.
